I bought from the shop in person and had a really good experience. The staff were friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely helpful with what I needed. It made the whole visit simple and stress-free.

"Fair prices. No surprises."
Prices seemed fair compared to a few other shops I looked at. Checkout was normal. No weird extra fees. I got what I paid for. Would probably order again
"Stock info needs to be more accurate"
I ordered a lure that was listed as in stock, but then got an email later saying it wasn’t actually available. It was frustrating, especially since the update was slow. I like shopping here, but if this keeps happening, I’ll probably start looking somewhere else.

I ended up having to return one item because I ordered the wrong size, and it was way easier than I expected. The return process on muskyshop.com was straightforward, and they emailed me clear instructions right away. It took a few days for everything to go through, but the refund came back with NO issues. Customer support replied quickly too, so overall I’m really happy with how it went.
"Rewards feel weaker than other shops"
I’ve bought a few things from Muskyshop and I do like some of their products, but the loyalty points just don’t feel all that worth it. Compared to other stores I shop at, the rewards here feel underwhelming. You can spend a decent amount and still end up with points that barely turn into anything useful. It also wasn’t super clear how to redeem them, so I had to click around more than I expected. I was hoping for better perks or at least easier discounts, but it just doesn’t feel like much value.

"Shipping felt fair"
I ordered from muskyshop.com and was glad the shipping cost was about what I expected. Some sites really pile it on at checkout, but this one felt reasonable.
The package showed up just fine, and I didn’t feel like I got overcharged for delivery. It was a simple order all around, no problems, and I’d buy from them again.

"Checkout was okay, I guess?"
The payment did go through, so that part was fine. But the checkout page felt kind of slow and a little confusing to use. Maybe it was just me, but I feel like it could be clearer and smoother
"Actually a solid place for musky gear"
I was trying to find a new musky rod and, didn’t expect to spend as much time as I did on muskyshop.com. I’ll give them credit though, they had way more rod and reel options than I figured they would, and comparing everything wasn’t too much of a hassle.
I ended up finding a reel that fit what I needed and a rod with the right power, so I can’t really complain. I’m a little annoyed at how long I browsed, but the selection was genuinely good.

"Honestly, just a hassle-free shop"
I ordered from Muskyshop once and it was refreshingly normal. I’m kind of tired of every online order turning into a whole customer service back-and-forth, but this one didn’t. Payment went through fine, the updates were decent, and my items showed up when expected. Nothing dramatic, which is exactly what I wanted. I’d probably use them again.

"Always Has the Tackle I Count On"
I’m particular about the tackle I use, and this place consistently has what I need in stock. It’s nice not having to settle for something that doesn’t meet my usual standard.
"Search makes shopping more frustrating than it should be"
I used muskyshop.com to look for a couple of products, the search feature made it harder than it needed to be. I’m not trying to be picky, but when I search for something basic, I kind of expect the results to make sense. Instead, some of them felt totally random, and I had to keep changing the wording just to get close to what I wanted.
The filters didn’t really help much either. I’d choose a category or price range, and it would still bring up stuff I wasn’t interested in. The site itself looks fine, so it’s not like everything is bad, but actually finding something took way too much clicking for what should’ve been a simple shopping trip.

I always notice little patterns with shipping, like whether the corners are crushed or the box looks like it had a rough trip. This one showed up neat and clean with no damage at all, so the packaging definitely seemed solid.

I ordered from muskyshop.com and what showed up was basically just like the listing described. The size, details, and photos all seemed to match what I got, give or take. I didn’t feel like I had to guess much before ordering, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a smooth experience.

"Helpful Advice That Actually Made a Difference"
I have to give credit where it’s due, the guys shared some solid fishing tips, and they actually helped me catch more musky. I’m not saying it magically made every trip perfect, but their advice was practical and definitely improved my results

I ordered from muskyshop.com, and sure, the item showed up on time, so I’ll give them that much. But once I actually opened it, the quality was a real letdown and felt kind of pathetic for the price.
The material looked way better in the photos, but in person it felt cheap and flimsy, like some bargain-bin knockoff. After just a few uses, it already started showing wear, and the stitching looked sloppy too, like nobody bothered to check it properly.
I gave it 2 stars because the order did arrive and the packaging was okay, but that’s about the only decent thing I can say. I definitely don’t think this product is worth the money, and I wouldn’t waste my time buying it again.

I was poking around muskyshop.com for a bit because I wasn’t totally sure which gear made the most sense for what I needed. I had a couple questions before ordering, so I reached out expecting the usual basic answers. Instead, the staff actually seemed to know the products really well and explained things clearly. After going back and forth a little, they helped me land on the right gear, and I ended up being really happy with the service.
